About
Born in
Philadelphia.
Booth began as a student DJ community in Philadelphia in 2021.
It grew into a network of more than 1,000 members, then into education, events, artists, venues, and cities. Along the way it became something you could actually enroll in: a fixed curriculum, professional equipment, and instructors who are working DJs.
In 2026, Booth opened its first permanent homes in Philadelphia and Boston, and today we teach in 5 cities — always in person, always on the gear you’d find in a working booth.
What started as a way for people who cared about music to find each other now has a place of its own.
