USA DJ Training LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on booth.usadjtraining.com and on our student portal at learning.usadjtraining.com (together, “Booth”) to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our pages.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help sites remember settings, keep sessions secure, and understand how pages are used. We also use browser storage (such as session storage) for similar purposes where appropriate.

2. How We Use Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Remember your selected city
  • Keep forms and site features working properly
  • Measure site performance and understand how visitors use Booth
  • Attribute visits to referral sources and marketing campaigns
  • Protect forms from spam and abuse

We do not use cookies to sell your data or for third-party advertising networks.

3. Cookies We Set

The following first-party cookies may be placed when you use Booth:

  • booth_city — stores your city preference so we can show relevant classes and content (up to 1 year)
  • booth_vid — a persistent visitor identifier used for first-party analytics (up to 1 year)
  • booth_sid — a session identifier used to group activity within a visit (about 30 minutes)
  • booth_attr — stores first-touch attribution data such as referral source, UTM campaign parameters, and ad click IDs like gclid and fbclid (up to 1 year)
  • booth_sess_attr — stores session-level attribution for the current visit when you arrive from an ad or external referrer (about 30 minutes)
  • booth_v — a persistent visitor identifier shared across usadjtraining.com and our student portal, so a visit that continues into the portal is not counted as a separate, unrelated visit (up to 1 year)
  • booth_s — the matching session identifier, used to group activity within a single visit across both sites (about 30 minutes)

Analytics cookies help us understand pages viewed, interactions (such as form starts and submissions), site performance, and how visitors arrive at Booth. This data is used internally to improve our website and services.

4. Cookies Shared With Our Student Portal

The booth_v and booth_s cookies are set for usadjtraining.com and its subdomains, which means they are also readable by our student portal at learning.usadjtraining.com. They contain nothing but a random identifier — no name, email, phone number, or account details.

We do this so that we can see a single visit as one journey rather than two disconnected ones. Without it, someone who reads about a course here and then enrolls in the portal appears to us as two unrelated strangers, and we cannot tell which pages and explanations actually helped people decide.

If you create an account or sign in to the portal, we associate that identifier with your account. From that point, activity we had previously recorded only against an anonymous identifier — including pages you viewed on this site before signing in — can be linked to you. We use this to understand and improve how people move from our website through to enrollment. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with advertising networks.

Clearing your cookies for usadjtraining.com clears both of these identifiers, and a new one is issued on your next visit.

5. How Long We Keep Analytics Data

The cookies themselves expire on the timescales listed above. The analytics records they produce — pages viewed, interactions, and the identifiers described in this policy — are currently retained indefinitely so that we can compare performance over long periods. We will publish a defined retention period here if that changes.

6. Browser Storage

In addition to cookies, Booth may use session storage in your browser to support analytics and session handling. Session storage is cleared when you close your browser tab or window.

7. Third-Party Cookies

Some features rely on trusted third-party services that may set their own cookies or use similar technologies:

  • Cloudflare Turnstile— used on forms for security and bot protection. Turnstile is operated by Cloudflare and may set cookies according to Cloudflare's policies.

We do not control third-party cookies. Please review the provider's documentation for details on their use and your options.

8. Your Choices

You can manage cookies in several ways:

  • Use your browser settings to block, delete, or limit cookies
  • Clear existing cookies for usadjtraining.com and its subdomains at any time
  • Use private or incognito browsing modes, which may limit persistent storage

If you disable or delete cookies, some features may not work as intended — including city selection, form submission, and analytics that help us improve the site.
